Since 1980 Laura Olive has helped over 1600 families buy or sell single family homes, new homes, investments, 1031 exchanges, and land in the Northern Colorado marketplace. She has seen very good and very poor markets. This experience gives her excellent knowledge to solve or avoid problems in marketing, inspections, financing, appraisals, and contracting. Specializing in residential resale – no large builder accounts to pull attention and energy to someone else. Laura remarried in January 1994 to George Gaebler, owner of Pride Services, Inc. They have a combined family of seven children, a daughter and six sons, who range in age from seven to early thirties. They reside in Old Town Fort Collins.

Angie Grothmann, CDPE, Licensed Office Manager:

Angie has worked with Laura since 2000. She makes sure our clients “stay in the loop.” Through daily phone calls or e-mails, she handles hundreds of details in a timely manner to ensure you are well informed every step of the way. Angie stays on top of everything so that your buying or selling experience will be as smooth and hassle free as possible. She also loves working directly with buyers with their home purchase.  Angie and her husband have lived in Fort Collins since 1999. Having lived in Georgia and North Dakota, she and her husband have settled in Fort Collins as they feel it is an exceptional place that offers an unparalleled quality of life and is perfect place to raise their young daughter. Prior to Real Estate, Angie enjoyed working as a paralegal.

Anita Moinester, CNE, Licensed Buyer Specialist:

Anita has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years. Anita has experience in many different areas of the business, from Property Management/Commercial leasing to residential and commercial sales. She also has a great deal of experience and understanding of the investment real estate market. Anita is a Fort Collins native and enjoys living in “Old Town” with her husband and 2 children. Anita’s husband is a firefighter for Poudre Fire Authority, and they are involved in the community and are proud to call Fort Collins their home. Anita has built her business on a foundation of ethics and professionalism and will always work hard to make your real estate experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Andrea Hamilton, Listing Coordinator:

Andrea is the Team’s listing coordinator handling the day to day care and feeding of the listings and seller customer service.  Andrea joined The Team in June of 2008.  She moved to  Fort Collins in 2000 to attend Colorado State University, and graduated with a degree in Business Management.  With a background in residential lighting sales and marketing, Andrea worked with many local builders and designers on preparing homes to be sold.  These experiences quickly developed into a  passion for real estate sales and marketing.  Through marketing research, Andrea develops excellent strategies to get your home sold proficiently and for the most money.  Her motivation, dedication, and attention to detail assures the home seller the highest level of exposure for a more efficient sale.
