Since 1980 Laura Olive has helped over 1100 families buy or sell single family homes, new homes, investments, 1031 exchanges, and land in the Northern Colorado marketplace. She has seen very good and very poor markets. This experience gives her excellent knowledge to solve or avoid problems in marketing, inspections, financing, appraisals, and contracting. Specializing in residential resale – no large builder accounts to pull attention and energy to someone else. Laura remarried in January 1994 to George Gaebler, owner of Pride Services, Inc. They have a combined family of seven children, a daughter and six sons, who range in age from seven to early thirties. They reside in Old Town Fort Collins.

Demi joined the team after her recent graduation from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Management.  Demi is a Colorado native, and has lived in Fort Collins for the last six years.  After going to college in such a wonderful town, she knew that Fort Collins, with all of its charm, was her home.  Demi has been in the Real Estate Business in all aspects from administrative to assistant.  She has literally been born and raised in the RE/MAX family, as her grandfather was one of the early RE/MAX franchise owners and her mom is still in the business today.  Growing up surrounded by the business, Demi knows how important her role is in the team.  Her experience and knowledge in the field, along with her attention to detail, assures you, as a client, that the entire process will be handled with the highest level of professionalism, precision, and care.
